LAS VEGAS – Even though he’s no longer mayor, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Host Committee Chair Oscar Goodman gave a Vegas-style welcome at the recent World of Concrete with his usual two showgirls in tow.
About 50,000 attended the World of Concrete 2012 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the industry’s only annual international event dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries.
One of the largest annual conventions in Las Vegas, the show’s exhibits and displays fill up all three halls of the convention center with more than 1,300 exhibiting companies. |
