INDIANAPOLIS – Based on surveys from past guests, the Indianapolis Marriott North Keystone at the Crossing was named the No. 1 Marriott in North America for 2009, a coveted ranking that beat out 338 other Marriott hotels.
"This is an incredible honor and showcases how hard our employees work to ensure our guests have a first-class experience," said Rich Byrd, general senior management. "Each of our employees plays a critical role in ensuring both our leisure and business guests experience our personable, superb service."
This ranking is based on overall satisfaction, with seven key categories judged, including a guest's arrival experience, room cleanliness, staff interaction and intent to return. The Indianapolis Marriott North Keystone at the Crossing was ranked ninth in 2008.
"We are extremely proud of the Indianapolis Marriott North Keystone at the Crossing and the continuing award-winning service they provide to our city's visitors ," said Don Welsh, president and CEO of the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association.
"Having the Number One Marriott in North America in our city will help attract additional meetings, conventions and visitors. This is just another example of how Indianapolis is raising its game."
The Indianapolis Marriott North Keystone at the Crossing is a full-service hotel offering 315 rooms and more than 13,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is located 20 minutes north of downtown, and is within walking distance the Fashion Mall and numerous restaurants. |
