In addition she contacted the San Antonio Convention Bureau asking for suggestions. Carol actively looked at each site and contacted Joseph because what she saw was exactly what she needed.

We contacted Joseph and asked what was some advice that he can give to other convention photography companies. His first response was specializing in a specific photography industry. Too many photography sites offer more than just one specialty and they are so far from each other's industry that it confuses the potential client and in addition many buyers of photography want a company that is focused. As an example, one website that was searched offered convention photography, wedding photography, youth sports and also boudoir photography. That is way too many types of photography specialties and the only customers that may hire this company will be the ones that will pay as little as possible.

Another tip is having a clean website that gets right to the point. A professional attitude and appearance is so incredibly important that it is often overlooked and it the leading cause of why many photographers do not get called back.
